Details of Blowing Agent AC

Characteristics:
|
It is a usual blowing agent.The gas consists of N2,CO2 and little NH3.The residue in white.No sick odour when decomposing combustion-supporting,no poison,to dissolve in alkali,indissoluble in other solvents.The decomposing temperature is high,but the temperature can be reduced by adding active agent and the temperature can be reduced from 200 °C to 150-190°C. |

Uses:

Foaming agent AC is widely used in foaming of polymers, and is also suitable for foaming of plastics such as polyethylene, polystyrene and ABS resin. The foaming agent can be used to obtain a uniform and fine cell structure, and the product has the advantages of comfortable hand feeling, good resilience and strong leather feeling. Can be used to make tool handles, furniture, automotive parts, closed-cell leather, flooring, seals and soles. |

| Cautions: |
The foaming agent AC has good stability, does not support combustion and has self-extinguishing properties. It should be kept in dry and ventilated place,away from heat source. The processing area should be well ventilated to avoid inhaling dust and prolonged contact with the skin. |

Characteristics:

Compared with normal Ac, it can be decomposed complete, with lower residual Blowing Agent and good Gas yield .
It can offer even foam, good leather feeling and elasticity. |
| Cautions: |
This series of foaming agent is odorless, has good storage and self-extinguishing. Does not decompose at room temperature, but must be stored in a cool, dry place. Keep away from hot steam pipes and fire sources and avoid direct sunlight. Direct contact with acids and alkalis is strictly prohibited! It is recommended that the storage and mixing areas be well ventilated to avoid inhalation of dust, deep skin contact and ingestion.
